Cold Brew is a special alternative method of coffee preparation. All you need is coffee, cold water and time. The final beverage is with low acidity and very sweet.
You will need:
- 60 g coarsely ground coffee
- 1000 g cold water
- Vessel for actual maceration.
- Cotton filter - not necessary
Insert ground coffee into the cotton filter or directly into the vessel and mix it with the cold water.
Put the vessel into the fridge for 6 to 12 hours - depend on how strong brew you want.
Remove the cotton filter or drain out the coffee grounds.
Serve on the ice.
Enjoy the sweet and refreshing cup of cold coffee.
If you double the amount of ground coffee you can create a concentrate.
