Moocamaster has a perfect extraction temperature of 92 - 96 °C, which guarantees the preparation of coffee with less acidity and bitterness.
It switches off automatically after the drip is finished. The heating plate with dual switch keeps the coffee at 80-85°C for 40 minutes. A drip basket with a so-called "drip-stop". The Moccamaster features extra fire protection: the heater and the heating element work independently. Using the Moccamaster and its stainless steel shower with 9 holes for optimal wetting of ground coffee, you can easily prepare 1.25 liters in 6 minutes.
