Cecilia is a Mayan micro coffee grower who has coffee as the main source of income, but also lives from a peasant economy. She also has cattle and some other natural crops derived from the surrounding ecosystem. The plots of Cecilia's coffee are very small, that is why she has always sought to develop high-quality produce with a higher profitability. She grows traditional varieties, historically with washed processing. That makes this small lot her first natural processed coffee.
