A beautiful example of the Yellow Bourbon cultivar from Brazil. It is smooth and sweet with
tastes of dark chocolate, peanut butter and a caramel finish.

The farm and cooperative Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF) was created in 1850 by the
Barretto family. Passion for coffee has passed on for generations and now the farm is
managed by Silvia Barretto and her husband Marcos Croce. This coffee is produced in the
heart of the Mogiana Mountains, between 900 and 1,300 m a.s.l. and consists purely of
Yellow Bourbon cultivar grown under the shade of tropical trees.
This coffee has a subtle but full body with strong flavours of peanut butter, dark chocolate
and a smooth caramel aftertaste, accompanied by some fruity notes.
