Job description
- preparation and serving of coffee and other drinks
- knowledge of different preparation of coffee drinks such as flat white, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, etc.
- coffee machine and coffee grinder settings
- maintenance and cleaning of the coffee machine
- expert knowledge of fine coffee
- customer service
- preparation of the bar, including an overview of the missing ingredients
- ordering raw materials for the next day
- assisting other staff as needed
We require:
- practice with selective coffee
- experience in a similar position for at least one year
- English language at a communicative level
- resistance to stress and the ability to solve problems with a cool head
- positive proactive approach
