Personal pick-up at Sázavská 32, Prague
You can also pick up your order in person at La Bohème Café in Prague. Check the address and opening hours of the café.
Once the parcel has been delivered to your chosen dispatch point (Sázavská 2031/32, 120 00 Vinohrady, Prague), we will send you an e-mail that your order is ready for pick-up. From now on you can pick it up anytime within 3 days.
Payment by Cash on Delivery is not possible when picking up in person at La Boheme Cafe.
Zásilkovna Z-Point
If you choose this method of shipping, we will send the parcel to the branch of Zásilkovna of your choice, where you will be able to pick it up. The advantage is that you don't have to wait for a courier and you can pick up your parcel whenever it's convenient for you.
- Price of transport to the selected delivery point - 79 CZK incl. VAT for orders 0 - 5 kg and 159 CZK incl. VAT for orders 5 - 10 kg, cash on delivery fee 30 CZK incl. VAT
- More than 3,000 locations across the Czech Republic
- We will inform you by e-mail about the transfer of the shipment to the carrier, which will include the tracking number

DPD PRIVAT
Delivery by courier to the address.
- The price of delivery by courier is 95 CZK incl. VAT, cash on delivery fee 30 CZK incl. VAT

*The final carrier who will deliver your parcel is selected according to the current situation and should guarantee the fastest possible delivery. In case of extreme situations (calamity, holidays, pandemics) or in case of impossibility of delivery, it may happen that the parcel will be delivered to the nearest available branch of the Postal Service. In this case you will of course be informed.
Claims for goods damaged during transport
In the case of a claim for damaged goods where the buyer has a reasonable suspicion of damage during transport (damaged packaging, dented shipping box, etc.), the buyer is obliged to document this damage with at least five photographs, at least one of which shows the shipping packaging and at least two of which show the damaged product. Compliance with this obligation is necessary for the claim to be forwarded to the shipping company.
International orders
We will be more than pleased to send your order abroad. Shipments abroad cannot be sent on Cash on Delivery. We send goods via DPD PRIVAT, the price for shipping is governed by the valid price list of this company. To find out the price of your order for a specific country, please select the relevant country in the menu bar in the first step of the order - the shipping costs will be displayed automatically.
