Let's put it bluntly - we are not completely normal. We are coffee freaks. For more than 15 years at La Bohème, we have been importing the best green beans and roasting them so that every coffee reaches its potential and every sip is a pleasure. We want our guests to always enjoy the best quality coffee in the growing number of our cafes, and for that we need a strong team. We are now looking for an experienced F&B Manager and Cafe Manager to join our team. If you share our enthusiasm and have the necessary experience, we welcome your application.
● manages and motivates the cafe team
● trains new employees and ensures continuous training of all cafe employees
● coordinates the cafeteria schedule and covers different shifts when needed.
● serves as the primary customer service contact for cafe members, including: answering questions, greeting and other communications with members
● acts as a liaison between and communicates with the cafeteria and all other departments, relevant information to cafeteria staff as needed
● compiles, monitors and analyzes the cafe's budget
● develops and implements policies and procedures for the cafeteria
● manages suppliers and maintains inventory
● is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order and cleanliness in the cafe premises, orders all supplies needed for the cafe.

● understanding of food and beverage operations

● food and beverage service experience is preferred
