Proces nakupování

If you wish to have the coffee ground for you, please specify grinding in the notes in the order. We offer the option of grinding: V60, Filter, Chemex, Aeropress, Espresso, French Press, Cold Brew, Moccapot.

Funkce stažení faktur zatím není dostupná. Fakturu vám zašleme vytištěnou spolu s objednávkou.

Pokud si přejete fakturu v elektronické podobě, napište nám e-mail na hello@labohemecafe.cz. Nezapomeňte uvést číslo objednávky do předmětu e-mailu a my vám ji zašleme.

shipping and payment

We offer two delivery options: PPL and DPD delivery to an address.

You can choose from three payment options. Payment by card - the fastest way to pay, you can save the card details in your profile and pay with one click the next time you order. Cash on delivery - you pay for the goods upon receipt, here it is mandatory to pay a fee of CZK 30. Payment by invoice - after ordering the goods, an invoice will be sent to you, after payment we will start preparing the order and then send it to you.

In your customer account, click on the "My account" tab in the Directory section to find a list of all addresses. If you wish to edit any address, just click on the pencil to the left of the address itself. If you wish to delete the address, click on the trash can icon on the left. If you wish to add a new address to the left of the name of the "Directory" section, you will find the "Add new address" button
