We'd rather say it straight away - we're not completely normal. We are crazy about coffee. For over 15 years, La Boheme has been importing the highest quality grains and roasting them ourselves. We want guests in our cafe to always enjoy coffee in its best form. At the moment we are working on opening a new cafe and we need a strong team for this. Would you like to be one of us?

We are currently looking for a cook who will become an important part of the whole concept.

We are preparing a unique gastronomic project in the place where the dairy used to be, where first-class selection coffee will meet with imaginative quality food. Due to the proximity of a large park, the cafe will also focus on meeting the needs of all visitors and helping with refreshments at private events such as birthday parties or picnics.

Job description

• menu preparation
• preparation of meals in bistro and cafe style from high quality ingredients
• leading a small team in the kitchen
• preparation of menu offers for various events
• close cooperation with the cafe manager
• participation in trainings and meetings

We require:

• we do not insist on education in the field, enthusiasm and experience are more important
• experience with cooking, experience with kitchen management is an advantage
• good communication skills and team spirit
• creative approach and respect for raw materials
• sense of order and responsibility
• positive and active approach
• the ability to lead, move your team and be a role model for them
• valid food certificate
