Do not use in a microwave oven. Do not expose to open flames. Screw the lid tightly before pouring. Hold the container horizontally as it is not completely closed. Do not use the lid to carry it as the container may fall and break. The filter may be clogged due to coffee oil adhering to it. To clean the filter soak it in warm water and then wash with a neutral detergent. When reinserting the filter into a jug filled with water, immerse it slowly as the water may overflow due to surface tension around the sieve.
