High in the mountains that surround the Himalayas is Darjeeling - the "Queen of Teas". Darjeeling has built a strong reputation among tea lovers over 150 years. Darjeeling tea is a blend of First Flush tea, the youngest and most tender part of the tea plant at the beginning of the harvest season, and Autumnal, or last harvest tea. This blend gives the cup a bright colour and heady aroma.
