She hails from the Aceh region of Bener Meriah, Indonesia and scored 89.47 in the Cup of Excellence. Indonesia Bener Meriah #5 coffee thus reflects the region's rich coffee-growing heritage and Enzo's dedication to producing top-quality coffee.
Indonesia Bener Meriah #5 is grown at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,500 meters above sea level. An excellent blend of Bourbon, Typica and Abyssinia varieties. The harvest season begins at the end of October, when the cherries undergo a careful quality control. This ensures that only the best beans end up in your cup. Enzo uses a dry processing method that highlights a complex coffee profile with distinctive notes of tropical fruit and cocoa, complemented by a syrupy sweetness. The acidity of the coffee is bright and lively, with hints of redcurrant and passion fruit, making every sip a lively and refreshing experience.
