When John Harney started his tea business thirty years ago, there were only two green teas available from China: Gunpowder and Chun Mee.
Gunpowder tea comes from China's Zhejiang province and its sharper taste is very popular among green tea lovers. It got its name "Gunpowder" thanks to its lead-colored leaves rolled into a ball shape and its slightly "smoky" scent.
