A wonderful example of quality Brazilian coffee from the work of 3 families in Caconde, São Paulo; Adauto Borges, Soró Nata and Reginaldo Borges. The world renowned Brazilian farm Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza helps support and offers experience and advice to the families to help them get the best from their coffee. The cup is soft, creamy with tastes of milk chocolate, sweet vanilla, fresh peaches and a long caramel aftertaste.
We discovered these families while traveling through Brazil, due to their cooperation with FAF who we have worked with for almost 10 years. The coffee, which was processed at Alto Alegere washing station, stood out for us with the clarity and sweetness in the cup and for offering such a layered profile with heavy chocolate flavors alongside delicate peach notes. We loved the story of the families who came together and look forward to offering it to all of our customers and seeing what the future holds for our partnership with these great families.
